For more than 160 years, Dole’s mission has been to deliver high-quality fresh and packaged fruit with positive impact on people, planet and prosperity. For our shareholders we aim to increase the value of our business by 50% by 2025.

    As part of our goal to care for more people by contributing to good nutrition for 1 billion people by 2025, we are working to eliminate processed sugar in all our products by 2025.
